Whether it’s for a sweet treat, something to eat when its warm outside (like, everyday!) or something to make you feel like you’re a glowing picture of health – it’s always good to know where you can get a good smoothie bowl in Darwin.
Check out our list of favourites below, from the CBD all the way to Palmerston!

Harvest Press – CBD
Their aim is to nourish your body and soul, and that they do – especially as a Monday morning breakfast to kick off the week! All the smoothie bowls at Harvest Press are served with gluten-free granola, chopped fresh fruits, coconut and chia seeds.
While we can never fault a traditional acai – the tropical bowl with mango is an absolute fave! They make for the perfect takeaway breakfast or lunch if you’re in the CBD.
Thirsty Zac’s – Waterfront

Thirsty Zac tops their acai with all of the usuals – but we love the cacao nibs & goji berries for a bit of extra oomph.
We recommend asking for the pitaya bowl – dragonfruit, mango and pineapple make up this bright pink bowl of goodness! (If you’re looking for a good pic of how bright and healthy you are being, it is a great one to hold in front of the new Darwin Street Art Festival watermelon feature wall down at the Waterfront!)
Fresh Point – Parap & Palmerston

Fresh Point has a fix for acai bowl lovers in two locations – Parap and Palmerston. They offer a traditional acai bowl with lots of flavour, we love it because it is the perfect size, and a generous amount of toppings!!
Karma Café – Parap

Karma is a little café hidden in Salonika St, Parap – and they do far more than a classic acai bowl.
For that little bit extra, they offer a gym lovers bowl with protein powder – but our absolute favourites are their specials – they change flavours regularly and while some of them may not be traditionally ‘healthy’ – at the moment they have a LOTUS BISCOFF flavoured smoothie bowl. WITH BISCOFF BISCUITS! HOW CAN YOU SAY NO!!
The Cool Spot – Fannie Bay
There is something slightly indulgent about a smoothie bowl at the beach – so it only makes sense that our favourite takeaway is right next to our favourite beach to eat it at!
The Cool Spot do a mean acai bowl, and trust us when we say it tastes even better on the grass at East Point!
Blend Bowls – Parap Markets
Maybe our favourite thing about Saturday mornings is a blend bowl at the Parap Markets.
Blend’s smoothie bowls come in 4 flavours, from traditional acai, to tropical, to snickers goodness – and they are a very generous size, perfect fuel for your Saturday morning.

Beans ‘ N ‘ More – Yarrawonga
This café in a supplements store in Palmerston is a go-to when you need to feel nourished! Beans ‘N’ more have a wide variety of bowls – acai, super acai (with extra toppings) and even a green choc mint smoothie bowl with alllll of the goodies – DELISH!
The Foreshore Cafe – Nightcliff
One of our faves, The Foreshore in Nightcliff is not only a tasty, refreshing acai bowl, it is also the absolute perfect location to kick back and relax with a smoothie bowl.
The Foreshore Cafe use seasonal fruits, and top the bowls with their own house granola – divine!
